Red Planet Rising at the Museum of York County

The Red Planet Rising exhibition explores Mars and mankind’s fascination with this world through mythology, history, literature, movies, TV and science. We also look ahead to see what Mars may hold for mankind in the future!

Red Planet Rising is the first production of Planet of Mystery, a company based out of Gastonia, NC. The company, A Planet of Mystery, is owned by Jim Craig, former planetarium director at the Schiele Museum of Natural History.

This event premieres at 3:30 PM on Tuesday January 2, 2018 and runs through Saturday March 31, 2018 with showings each Tuesday – Saturday at 3:30 PM. Program fees are included with Museum Admission.

Dates: Tuesday-Saturday from 3:30-4:00 PM beginning 1/9/2018 and ending 3/31/2018.
